Poster format is intended for a single presentation by one person or a small group.
This format is also suited for the Pre-Conference.
You are kindly asked to bring your poster fully assembled and printed. There will be no possibility to print out on any larger formats at the conference.
The poster size is 110 x 75 cm or smaller. Please choose portrait format and keep in mind that font sizes should be big enough to allow your poster to be read from some distance. We suggest using a font size of 22 – 24 pt for texts and 60 – 70 pt for headings.
Main Conference:
The posters will be displayed in the poster area situated in Pedagogen A, entrance floor, Västra Hamngatan 25 all day Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
You are expected to be available in the poster area on both Thursday and Friday 12.15 - 13.15 to answer questions and discuss your poster.
Delivery of your poster will be possible Tuesday 17.00-20.00 or during the conference.

Abstracts for Papers, Posters, Research Workshops and Roundtables - 400-600 words
The proposer needs to fill in the online submission form which will ask for title of the contribution, names and institutions of contributing authors and for who will be presenting the proposal.
In order to evaluate the academic quality of the proposal the following information needs to be provided:
You may find it helpful to prepare your text in a Word document and copy-paste it into the online submission form. Remember to always save your data before leaving the system!
The conference management system will send a confirmation email each time you have successfully entered or changed data. Please use English!
Posters will be scheduled separately. The posters will be shown during two days in the main central hall and will be accessible at any time. The authors will be asked to be present next to their poster, on Thursday and Friday during lunch time for about 45 minutes, in order to present their work and to answer questions. Posters will be posted on the ECER website after the Congress. Therefore, all authors of a poster are kindly asked to bring an electronic copy of their work.
