All conference rooms will be equipped with both a video beamer and an overhead projector. Computers will be provided in all rooms. So please bring your power-point presentaton on a USB memory stick. If you are presenting film or audio material, please inform the EERA Office via e-mail: office@eera.eu  and indicate it at the "notes" section in the proposal form.

The lecture rooms are equipped with an internet connected desktop pc with Windows XP, Office 2003, which read pc-formatted USB sticks.
The projectors have 4:3 format and are optimized for 1024*768 resolution.

If you prefer to use your own laptop, please bring converter for swedish power socket 240 V.
To connect your computer to the projector it must have a VGA port, either on board or via an adapter. If your laptop does not have a VGA port you must bring an adaptor. Most Macintosh computers need an adapter.
The laptop must be configured for DHCP to be able to connect to the internet.
